These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the One9 AI website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
One9 AI provides a fully managed AI receptionist service ("Sara") for appointment-based businesses, currently serving clients in Calgary and Alberta, Canada. Services include call answering, appointment booking, and SMS confirmations, as outlined in your service agreement.
Setup and monthly service fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and confirmed with each client before service begins. Monthly services are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract required, and may be cancelled with 7 days written notice.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, calendar access, and call forwarding setup needed for Sara to operate correctly.
One9 AI strives for accuracy and reliability in every call handled by Sara, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. One9 AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
