Will patients or clients know they're talking to an AI?
Sara is designed to sound warm, professional, and natural. Many callers will not immediately realize they're speaking with an AI. That said, Sara discloses at the start of every call that the call may be recorded for quality assurance — which is our standard transparency practice. We can also configure Sara to identify herself as an AI assistant if your business or jurisdiction requires it.
Can we keep our existing phone number?
Yes. In most cases, your current business phone number can be forwarded to Sara's line or ported to our system. Your patients and clients dial the same number they always have — they'll just notice that someone always answers now.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses go live within 7 days of our first call. We handle the entire setup — voice configuration, system prompt, calendar integration, testing, and go-live. You don't need to learn any new software or change how your team operates.
